If one follows the directions they will find that this unit works great. Start of slowly and get use to the feel of it. I have a history of my ears getting impacted with earwax. In the past, I would have to go to the doctor and get it removed. I got a different electric earwax remover a couple years ago and it was very messy to use because I got water everywhere. I saw this earwax removal tool and thought I would try it out since it looked easier to use and less messy. At first, I was skeptical because my left ear was very irritated and I knew it was impacted. I tried using eardrops and this removal tool to remove the wax. I probably tried 20 times and it wouldn’t budge. I thought this tool was a lost cause until I tried it on my right ear. A few chunks of earwax came out on the first try, so now I know this tool definitely works! I would likely have to go to the doctor to get my left ear checked out. Based on my experience, this will probably work well on less stubborn and softer wax. After I get my left ear fixed, I plan to use this for maintenance so I don’t get impacted ears. In addition to removal in general, I think there are a few other great features about this device. First, I like how it charges with USB-C and has a very long battery life. Second, it’s great that it has a temperature indicator. I didn’t find myself getting dizzy from this device because this tells you the exact temperature you need. I also found the water pressure to be pretty good. You can choose from normal, strong, soft, or pulsing. I didn’t feel that any of them were overly strong or uncomfortable to use. Lastly, I found the device pretty easy to use. I just leaned my head to the side as I held the device to my ear. It wasn’t uncomfortable to hold in position. I also found that the water didn’t leak much out of the cup that you hold to the side of your head. I obviously got a little bit of water on me because you are dealing with water after all, but it wasn’t anything excessive. I would recommend this to anybody who has issues with wax buildup.

I have always had issues with wax build up & clogging in my ears. I changed the way I clean my ears & through the use of this product, my ears don't clog anymore! Very easy to use & has a safety feature that won't allow for the temp of the water to be too hot or cold. It will only work if the water is 70°F.

Amazing product and VERY easy to use!!! I had impacted was in my right ear and the last time I had this, I went to an ENT. Bad choice!! My ear hurt like heck with the tool they used. This product was so much more pleasant and got everything out in two uses. I took pictures of what came out but the wife doesn’t want me to post since she was grossed out with how much it was.

This device was super easy to use, and frankly, life-changing. I’ve had clogged ears for ages, and last week my hearing got so bad that my wife accused me of trying to shatter the TV speakers. I wasn’t. I was just partially deaf. This thing shot three streams of water into my ear and expelled a prehistoric chunk of wax that looked like it had been living in there since the Reagan administration. The relief was immediate. If your ears are clogged like mine were, prepare to be amazed—and possibly horrified. Worth every penny.

最悪でした。 英語レビューだけでしたが、翻訳的にもどれも好評なので購入してみましたが星一つすらつけたくない商品でした。 まず、届いた荷物はグレーの袋に入っていて中国からの荷物だと確定。中の荷物は既に箱が凹んでいましたが、中身は無傷でした。 内容物は本体、英語の説明、綿棒、充電コードが入っていました。 本体は上下に分割でき、下半分が貯水タンク、上が水を出したりするための機械部分になっています。サイズは大体1lペットボトルぐらい。 仕組みは簡単で貯水された水を管で吸い上げ、耳穴に入るほど細い噴出口から放水、耳に当てるシリコンの下辺りにある小さな穴へ排水されます。正直2000円の手動タイプのものと殆ど変わりません。 水圧の強さは4つあり、初めに一番低い水圧で試したのですが、この時点で鼓膜に負担がかかっている感覚がするほど水圧強かったです。しかし、温かいお湯で何度か試しましたが全くと言っていいほど耳垢は取れず。 また、貯水タンクが小さいのか放水量が多いのか知りませんが水が無くなるのが早いです。一番低い水圧でも10秒くらいしか放水できません。 電動なので充電が必要なのですが、とにかく消費が早いです。充電を満タンにしても使えるのは長くて2〜3分くらいです。使えたもんじゃありません。 これらを踏まえて2万円払ったと思うと怒りで気が狂いそうです。しかも、返品・返金ができないので2万円払ってゴミだけが手元に残ります。 こんなことなら1万以下のカメラ付き耳かきを買って耳鼻科で洗浄してもらったほうが良かったと思います。効果もあるし、お釣りもあったと酷く後悔しています。
