There is no flavor, or it is a very faint corn flavor. It dissolves easily in water. I find that it helps with gut issues and discomfort. The price is not bad for how much you get.

Wanted it to work
I've read up a lot about maltodextrin and insulin resistant fat. I thought this would be a good solution, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I am used to taking Metamucil every day, so I thought this would be the same. I liked that it dissolved in cold water and I couldn't taste it or see it, but it did not help with my health problem. The fiber in it is not the same as metamucil, so it did not react the same in my body.

This fiber is easiest on my stomach...
I have had stomach problems with chicory, inulin, psyllium, and even bran flakes. This type of fiber is easiest on my stomach and blends well in drinks.

Happy gut
I have been using this product for a few months now and will continue to order it. Anymore, I don’t feel that I need take my regular probiotic which was much more expensive. This product has a gentle way of calming and supporting my gut.
