This little penguin is cute and well made. The crocheting is nicely done with no errors. The yarn is soft and pleasant to the touch. The penguin is soft and squishy. He has plastic eyes attached with hot glue. As you can see in my pictures there were some hot glue strings around the eyes. I was able to remove them by hand with no issues. One spot where the hot glue is still visible is under one of his wings where the wing is glued to the sign. This doesn’t bother me since the glue is clear and not very visible. The penguin can’t stand on its own. It needs to be propped to stand upright. I keep him on my work desk and I like the cheerful and positive energy it brings. I think it would make a nice little gift too.
