I have tried a lot of gels and I have found SIS to provide a good mix of caffeinated and caffeine free gels that don't taste like medicine and are easy on my digestive system. Packaging is a good shape for sticking in a bike jersey pocket or tri-suit although I do find them difficult to open when it's hot and my fingers are sweaty. A small slice partway through (be careful or they will leak) does help but they are sticky if they get the gel on your hands or bike. I like the fact you don't have to drink water given their isotonic construction but find that it helps to reduce a lingering taste. My go to gel for all training and racing activities.

Great product. I have only used the product on 10K runs. I am excited to try them on 10+ mile runs.

Love these gels, they go down easy and the flavors are great, not too sweet or overpowering

It's easy on the guy and doesn't make you super thirsty afterwards.

We order these often. They are the best to have on hand when you need that boost of energy. Doesn't taste bad either.

These are artificially sweetened (ace k) and Amazon won’t let me return. Why artificially sweeten a carb based endurance gel

It feels like outdated and not properly blended. I bought SYS gels in Germany and they were great but these ones are nowhere close.
