Amazing Massage Cream
I ordered the blue label advanced cream - and I received the Biotone Lavender purple label. Lucky for them I absolutely loved the lavender, which I otherwise would have probably never tried in my spa because I prefer scentless creams- but wow, I enjoyed a wonderful massage with it before using it in spa today on my clients and I was blown away. Perfectly lightly scented, silky, amazing warmed, a nice sheen to the skin which feels nourishing, not greasy. Almost a sin to hot towel it off. Could be a holy grail product for me. I'm a Sacred Earth girly but Biotone is quickly winning me over with its lotions and creams. May be time to try the gel.

Great Product
Great massage lotion. Absorbs quickly. Non-greasy. Fragrance is light and neutral.

For maximum slip and/or glide.
This massage cream is top notch and very high quality. Before you order this you should know that this cream is for those who like a LOT of slip or glide when massaging. This wouldn't be the best for deep tissue or myofascial work. But for basic Swedish or general massage use, this is perfect. Most massage cream will stay on a spoon when you scoop it out of the container. This will actually drip and run off the spoon since it is thinner than most other creams. If you prefer a thicker cream, like the Biotone Organic, this might not be your best choice. I actually prefer something thicker but my wife uses a LOT more cream than I do and she far prefers this thinner cream. It's almost the consistency of a lotion but not quite. The main ingredients of this cream are: Blend of Apricot Oil (Prunus armeniaca), Sesame Oil (Sesamum indicum), and Grapeseed Oil (Vitis vinifera), Canola Oil, Octyl Palmitate (Coconut Oil Ester), Vegetable Glycerin, Glycine, and Glycinates (Amino Acids), Grapeseed Extract. If you are allergic to any of these or think your clients might be, then avoid this cream. We haven't found any problems with it so far! Highly recommended for those who prefer lots of glide.

Great for massage, great for clients, perfect for me!
I started using this when I was a student at massage school back in 1998. It was perfect for everything from Swedish massage to deep tissue. I even used it on myself as a moisturizer because I have dry and sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I had to stop my practice because I was diagnosed with a brain tumor in June 2005, and since then, I've used moisturizers by other companies. Not long ago, I sat down and figured out that I would be saving quite a bit of money by ordering this instead of my usual moisturizing body butter - yes, it took ten years for me to figure that out, but I was under treatment for seven of those years - so that's exactly what I did. I've been very, very pleased with it. I have never had an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in this creme, and I can add aromatherapy oils for healing and fragrance. I'm glad my brain tumor's gone, or I might still be shelling out a fortune for stuff that made me smell like a big ol' coconut. Seriously, this is great stuff!

I get this for my wife who's a massage therapist, she use to use oil to massage with but tried this creme and it is fantastic, just a the littlest amount goes a long way with it. When you think of creme you think of lotion and it absorbing but this is not like that. My biggest recommendation though would be to get the 1 Gal/128oz container and not the 16oz. If you compare the amount your getting to the cost, the 128oz is a WAY better bang for the buck. We're talking the 128oz costing as much of only 3 16oz (only 48oz total) containers. So for only 3 times the cost of the smaller container you can get 8 times the amount of creme.

Expensive
Biotone is an excellent massage lotion. The glide is excellent and the after feel is not too oily. It is top of the line. Sometimes the old adage " you get what you pay for" is so true.

Cheap and poorly designed
Love the biotone product. Hate the pump. I have purchased this item 3 or 4 times now and every single time the pump breaks within a few weeks of receiving it. This time it broke the very first time i used it. What a piece of junk. Why would a company put a quality product like biotone creme, which has been my favorite massage lubricant since i became a therapist in 1995, into such a cheap, crappy dispenser?? Change your dispenser, biotone. This is ridiculous. You overcharge for your product anyway, and then make it unusable. You will be getting this broken tub back and I will never order your product again.

Great product but poorly packed
I have loved this cream for years. However, I recently purchased the pump jar and when I finally needed to open it, I discovered there was a cut in the bottom of the jar and the cream had leaked out all over the place. Luckily, it was shipped in a plastic bag that contained the mess. I will not be ordering the pump jar anymore.

When I opened the product and examined it, I found that the oil had separated from the other ingredients and floated to the top. Shaking and stirring helped it to mix, but the oil soon rose to the top again. The product also had an unpleasant odor. There was no expiration date, so I could not tell if it was old. The product in good condition may be satisfactory. I cannot tell as I've never used it before. I wonder if it was frozen during shipping.
