Love my tag. I have a few of them, they work great in my kids bags and my daughters watch to keep track of them during school and travel. Best to buy these when on sale but they are still decently priced. Very durable, sets up easy with your phone and it’s accurate with location within 5 mins or so.

I'll get right to it, wish everyone did.Cons: sometimes not effective in remote areas.Pros:• replaceable, inexpensive, very long lasting battery. I'd bought a tile years ago, no replaceable battery.• using the chirping sound is a nice tool when I know they are in the house/car and just can't find them.• very accurate at long distances.I use one on my key ring, one in my wallet (a little bulky) and one on my dog collar. The dog's dog collar is what I mean, I neither need a collar, note a locator tool.

We ordered this AirTag and an AirTag matching collar for our neighbor’s dog after he disappeared for three days because of fireworks on the 4th ofJuly. These Apple AirTags are amazing, and the applicability for their usage is unlimited! We purchased the collar for their dog because my mom has one for her dog and we can even tell where she is house, if you zoom in close enough. Of course our neighbor does not have a smart phone so we will have to keep it on ours. Connecting the AirTag to the iPhone was effortless and only took a few seconds using the “Find My” app. The literature states that the battery does not have to be changed for up to a year, which is great and they are waterproof, which makes them great for this application.

Bought 3 of these for my animals. We recently moved, and our cat is the world’s hide and seek champ. We thought she got out and ran away. After moving all day we came home and found her sitting in the living room. After crying all day thinking she was gone I immediately bought 3, 1 for my Frenchie, and 2 for my cats. They are small (about the size of a quarter), lightweight, fit in the collars I ordered perfectly, and tell me exactly where they are. No more playing hide and seek. Even when I leave for work, it tells me I’ve left my animals behind. So light the animals aren’t bothered at all with them on their collars. I encourage everyone to get it. No more guessing where my babies are. Thank you, Apple! This is a great product.

Never thought I'd finally cave and buy an air tag because of a dang cat.But when your black cat escapes the house a week before Halloween and causes an anxiety deep within that can only be described as imminent doom, you cave. I also got cat collars specifically to house the air tag. And they work fairly well to make sure your cat is still in the home. As far as the cat getting out, that hasn't happened yet again. The air tag is not gps, so it is not a live tracker like the obsurdly expensive tracking collars, and it only works based off of the last cell phone, tower, or wifi it was able to ping off of. But it still gives me peace of mind that I can see my cat is still at home.It's been almost 9 months, and the factory installed battery is still working, but unlike all other Apple products on findmy, you can't see battery life on the tags. So I will be replacing the batteries shortly to be safe.

I've used with an airtag cat collar to track my cat since she was 6 weeks old since it was easy to lose her in my older house, and it was extremely helpful for peace of mind. Whenever I was worried she might have escaped, I could pull out my phone and check. One time she was hiding on top of an air vent and I couldn't find her until I triggered the beeping sound. It was a real life saver, and almost a year and a half later it's still going strong without a new battery. Great product!
