So first of all, I would like to say that I have had issues with my period since I first got it. I haven’t been to the doctor about it or anything so I’m unaware if I have any underlying issues. I’ve been struggling to keep it regular for years now.I have not had my period in a little over a year now. I became worried and purchased REGULATE by EU Natural. I went through a whole bottle and did not notice any difference besides just feeling more hormonal lol.I waited about a month and decided to try VITEX as a last resort. I received it on Nov. 13th and started taking it immediately. After 3 days of taking it, I noticed some cramping and increased irritability (just regular pms symptoms for me) Today, after only 6 days of taking it, I have finally started my period (Nov. 19)If you are struggling with an irregular period PLEASE do yourself a favor and try this! There are no side effects and has worked on even the most stubborn of cycles!Thank you so much EU Natural for making this product for people like me! I started taking this supplement Sunday. After a few hours of my first dose, I felt NORMAL. The heavy bleeding has stopped over the past 3 days. I don't feel miserable, no pain in my back, thighs and absolutely no cramping. I take this supplement with iron and flax seed oil. I feel like a teen again. Definitely recommend.

I bought this because I had a fibroid and to help balance hormones. Dr Axe had Vitex as a recommendation to help shrink fibroids. I don’t go in to have my fibroid tested cause it hasn’t caused me any issues except for a constant slightly bigger belly so I’m not sure if it’s working so far for that or not (he recommended 6 months and I’m only at 1-1/2) so as far as that goes I’ll have to get back with you. It has, however I think, helped with the hormonal imbalance issues I do have (low progesterone). The symptoms I had been showing for that are seemingly gone and overall I’ve been better so there’s that. I would say this is worth a try for anyone although (so far) would recommend trying it longer than even a month to see any significant changes. A few days of trying it or even just a month is probably not going to do much, it’s gonna take longer than that so hang in there.

I thought they were working for my daughter and ordered again however by the time I received them she started bleeding even more and now I have an unopened bottle not returnable.

I'm 25 and recently diagnosed with PCOS in Dec 2021. I already suspected I had it due to infertility issues & excessive chin/neck hair growth since high school. I'm normal weight and my hormone levels are normal too (blood test).My cycles have been consistent and normal for a few years until Sept 2021 which is when I got my 2nd C0vid shot the week my cycle was suppose to come on. (For reference I got the 1st one while I was on my cycle the month before.) I don't want to point fingers but my period has stopped coming on since then.Today (3/24/2022) is my third day on this supplement and I'm already seeing what I think is a (positive) change in my discharge! It's looking more like ovulation discharge which I've never had before even when my cycles were regular. (Ovulation is still possible without a period for those who have irregular cycles.I will continue to update this review.4/9/2022: It's been almost 3 weeks and no sign of my cycle coming, unfortunately. I've found that for the first couple weeks my mood was great and no side effects. As of the last week, however, I've been having irritable bowel movements, been really gassy and really irritated/impatient . Was unsure if I want to continue these but I'd like to take it for the rest of the month. I'm hoping it may be a sign of my cycle coming?5/7/22: Unfortunately these did not work for me :( I had no period and I didn't feel much of a difference after a while right before I stopped taking them. It seemed like they were working at first. I feel like I should take these for at least 3 months before I give up but I'm already back on medroxyprogesterone to induce a period. I'm glad these worked for others though!

I, like many of the other reviewers here, was skeptical to purchase Vitex. I do not often write reviews but I hope that this may help others as well. I have been on the pill birth control for 11 years. I was tired of putting synthetic hormones into my body so I went off of them in August. Prior to going on thr pill, my periods were very irregular and I have gone up to 6 months without having a period, despite not being pregnant. When I came off of the pill, I got one real period and then did not get my period again for over a month. I began taking this Vitex, once per day in the morning and on the second week, I had my period. My purpose of taking this vitamin is not to get pregnant, rather to regulate my cycle. The other thing I noticed as that a week after starting the Vitex, I had sore brests which lasted for about 5-6 days until the day I got my period. I understand this might not work for everyone but so far, it has helped me get my period after over a month of not having one.
