I love this heating pad. It is soft and just the right size for my back and shoulders. The inside heating part is securely attached and does not separate from the cover. For the money, it is a good bargain. It has a generous cord length.

Worked for about a week would not recommend spending your money on this product. I used it every night for a week for about 30 minutes to and hour, then hadn’t used for a month, I go to use it again and it won’t turn on. I refunded it, got another one and ran into the same issue. Overall bad product
