Tastes a diluted version of the real thing. If you compare the two theres definitely a difference. Although still tastes ok won’t be buying again, sorry

12 bottles of Lucozade Sport (Orange) To clarify, this is STILL and not CARBONATED or SPARKLING Lucozade. This drink is great for re-hydration if you've been through an event which has dehydrated you more than normal. As a result of this drink being so great for dehydration, it does contain all of the ideal hydration ingredients (mostly electrolytes): water, sodium, glucose, potassium, calcium, magnesium. Now, since Lucozade have done their research and made this drink an actual effective re-hydration drink, it does contain raised amounts of glucose (sugar) and sodium (salt). These are the 2 main things we need to re-hydrate fast in a situation where we are dehydrated and the other electrolytes are there to aide those. Thus, this drink is great when used for what it's marketed as; a re-hydration drink. This isn't something I'd advise drinking every lunchtime as somebody who works in an office environment, however, as it is high in sodium and glucose. One thing I will say this is great for is as an addition to water first thing in the morning if you tend to sweat a lot in the night. This is my primary reason for buying Lucozade Sport in bulk, as I suffer from PTSD and as a result I sweat a lot during the night and wake up very dehydrated. I drink a lot of water through the day in addition, as Lucozade Sport is not a sole fix, but this helps me get properly kickstarted in the morning and gives me those electrolytes required to optimally re-hydrate throughout the day. Please, if you want something that's going to aide in re-hydration pick this or something that similarly focuses on glucose and sodium, whilst providing the other electrolytes in addition. Don't go for stuff like Prime which is overpriced and doesn't have any sodium OR glucose (they took those out so they can market to non-athletic people).
