First day Taken for stomach chronic gastritis and sensitive stomach lining I got mild kidney pain , little headache and little tiredness I only took one tablet on first day I think 75 mg zinc carnosine is high dose

Adverse reaction
Guys, please don't take it. I took it for 3 days and had very severe skin lesions. Once I stopped taking this, I got relieved from those lesions.
