I really loved the product! The LED crystal ball with the reindeer design is absolutely beautiful—when the light turns on, it gives a magical and calming effect. The design is elegant, and the quality of the crystal ball itself is impressive.However, I was quite disappointed with the packaging. It was not secure or protective enough for such a delicate item. It arrived almost damaged. I sincerely request the seller to improve the packaging quality in the future, especially for fragile products like this. A little extra care in packing would make the overall experience perfect. Overall The product is really amazing

Nice product.
The product was good and upto mark. The globe and lights are as promised. Looks smaller but over all good. However not happy with the delivery partner. The product was shown as delivered at 11.43 in the morning. However, the product was delivered by 7 pm evening.
