This was just delivered. My granddaughter loves it but it only had sound for about 1/2 hour. The lights still work though. Any ideas?

Does this allow the baby to bounce at all or is it basically stationary?

Omg is stationary. If your child like to jump and bounce, he can do it himself. We love all the fun things to do.
