Iconic scene - bad price and value for money
Iconic scene from the movie - the build wasnt the most enjoyable but it was fun to see it come together.My real problem is with the retail price -$79.99 retail for this is INSANE. It's worth half that. The podracers themselves are essentially polybags which retail for $5. So how do you end up charging another $70 for the background scenery.This set is always on sale - which basically confirms that nobody wants to pay $80 for it - dont, not worth that amount.

Nice set for Star Wars afficianados
Purchased as gift for Lego nut grandson. He loved the challenge of the build. We both remarked that this set looks much better as built than it does in the picture on the box.
