I was reading how cacao is good for us, healthier, so decided to try it. It tastes really good (needs a little sweetener) ive only had it 2 days so havent done much with it, yet. Plan to make my own homemade "protein bars". It is a bit pricey, but all the brands I looked at are... and regular cocoa isn't cheap, now.

I love it mixed in with my raw oatmeal, raw local honey, walnuts, dried cherries and ground flax seed healthy snack mixture! This cacao powder has a nice smooth texture and is very palatable sweetened with honey.
