This works
If you have high LDL, this product will knock it out in a couple of weeks if that. You struggle with weight loss it will help with that too. There is another product out there but I swear by Cerabeta! I just ordered another bag.

I really like this stuff. I helps lower my cholesterol being that I can't take statins. The taste is neutral. It gets a little thick if you let it sit to long, but I don't mind that. The price is great compares to other products that lower cholestrol. Next day delivery if you're a prime member. Highly recommended.

Might be a great product
I haven't had my cholesterol checked since taking this, so can't speak to that. but I can tell you this - I am regular without being loose. So as a fiber it's great! Better than other forms I've tried.

Disappointed....
I only used this product twice and started with 1 table spoon per companies instructions. I added it to my every day shake. Both times it gave my stomach pain/cramps and made me bloated. You can not return this item with Amazon. I will not buy this product again.
