Great treadmill!
Solid incline treadmill

Broken with 5 Weeks but Being Replaced
*** Update - A new Treadmill is being sent out & can’t fault that****Arrived on time, easy to assemble, used for walking only, 12deg incline for 2.5 miles twice a day, 5 weeks later it doesn’t work & the on/off switch is broken, I sent a video as requested to be told the lift motor needs replacing and on/off switch, they offered to refund me £100 if was to fit the new switch & lift motor, They also sent a video & it’s ridiculous to expect anyone not qualified to change it or mess around with electrics, it’s kinda dangerous too! They haven’t offered a replacement at all so am having to get a claim back via Mastercard & waiting for Amazon as under the A to Z Guarantee it’s supposed to be either repaired by a professional or replaced! Do not buy from this company as you could end up with a defective treadmill & hundreds of ££££ out of pocket, there’s many other companies on Amazon you can buy from!

Faulty treadmill
***Update***The customer services team have been excellent, and have resolved the issue.Purchased the treadmill on 28/1/25 the on off switch stopped working, I was offered £50 and new switch to be sent out, I’m not an electrician. I’ve asked for a refund. Still waiting for their response.

Lovely bit of kit, a gym like performance for a reasonable price.Smooth speed and incline changes and does everything it says on the box.

Not made for big people
I'm big and heavy person, the max user weight on this item is 150kg I'm well under. But I can honestly say this product is not safe to use as its very flimsy and wobbly, another thing I noticed is that it's not for tall people I'm 6ft 5 and the I cannot not reach the support bars as they are very low. I used it once and I'm going to return
