We bought this for our new house build. Haven't used it yet so really don't know for sure, but have uncrated it and it looks great. I'll update the review once we move in and use it.

The touch display is frequently unresponsive, failing to register input consistently, which severely impacts usability. Additionally, a water line was leaking—clear evidence that the unit likely did not undergo proper pressure testing during quality assurance. This level of oversight and lack of reliability is, regrettably, consistent with the kind of quality concerns we’ve come to associate with products from certain Chinese manufacturers. It’s profoundly disappointing, especially when basic functionality and build integrity are compromised out of the box.

Purchased this on Amazon and happy I did over wayfare. Had a small problem and Amazon fixed it. The bathtub is amazing and works great. This completed our bathroom remodel. Couldn’t be happier!
