Have been taking these for at least a year now and my nails stay hard and grow faster and my hair grows really fast too and thicker,,my skin also looks better,,love the taste also!,have had no side effects at all and seem to have more energy also!

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks and I’ve really noticed the difference. My hair feels stronger, my nails grow faster, and overall I feel better. The taste is pleasant and it’s easy to take every day. Totally worth it.

I started taking these mainly for skin benefits and for nail health, since my nails were brittle after using a green nail polish (never again) and too much acetone, but I didn’t expect much. I chose these because they had collagen and the flavor sounded good. After maybe 6-7 months, my nails were back to normal. Since it took a decent amount of time I attributed this to the natural healing process and stopped taking these gummies, but my nails became brittle again a few months later despite religious use of cuticle oil and avoiding nail polish. I realized that it wasn’t the natural healing process that strengthened my nails—it was the gummies! I resumed taking them and haven’t had any more problems with brittleness. So I’ve been taking the gummies for a total of maybe 2+ years now. I haven’t noticed a difference in skin health, and due to having trichotillomania I can’t really comment on hair. I considered docking a star for the lack of noticeable skin benefits, but my nails have benefited so much that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. As for taste, they’ve got a great orange-y, citrus-y flavor and a nice, soft texture that doesn’t harden much over time. Yes, they’re sugary, but I try to limit the number of pills I take daily because too many can trigger bad IBS-C pain, and gummy vitamins have been a decent solution. tl;dr great for nails, no skin benefits noticed, can’t comment on hair, nice flavor

Biotin and collagen combination is very nice. Easy to ingest and has pleasant taste. It promotes hair growth and strengthens nails. Too soon to say if the collagen helps with the joints.

I’ve been taking these almost 3 weeks and I can tell the difference across the board. Hair not shedding, skin spot loss and nails firm. Will definitely keep taking these! The taste is an added bonus.

I get these because they're cheap but they always clump together as a giant gummy and are annoying to try to pull apart.
