Tastes great

I really like this powder, I think it tastes great..a little tangy but really sweet, I add more water or also add to my smoothie. Super easy to mix, blends very well. You have to shake it up. I take it in the morning. I have not noticed any bad side effects at all and I have a pretty sensitive system to new things. I feel like it gives me a good boost and bloating has been down. Not noticing big changes or anything, but I really do like it.

I just started dieting for the first time in my life, and knew taking supplements would probably benefit me. So this one piqued my interest, and it has been a great refreshing sweet drink I get to start my day off with in the morning, which helps curb my sweets cravings because it does taste very sweet. I use a milk frother to mix all of my drinks, and this was easy to incorporate, but did leave a small amount of undissolved material at the bottom of the glass, like most do. I can't say I've seen any major results yet, but I do feel no side effects or anything so I'm happy about that!

So this has apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. So there is a punchy flavor and I find it delightful. It's a fruity flavor with a punchy, tart twist. I was expecting it to be awful but I'm delighted.I think it's a good quality supplement. It mixes well. It's too early to tell it's effectiveness but I have some expectations given the ingredients. Gut health is important and something I need to focus more on. But individual results vary, at least it's tasty if you want to give it a try.I do feel a bit more energetic using it too. So that is a benefit. I suppose since we're supposed to drink this first thing in the morning, the energy boost is suppose to take place of coffee for a little while.Though, it does cause stomach discomfort but it passes within a few minutes.

I ordered this for my daughter who needs to have glutamine in the morning. She likes to taste of it and that's probably the best thing I like about it. No complaints

I’ve bought 4 of these before. 2 of them tasted amazing and these last 2 taste horrible. The first 2 had a darkish red color when mixed and these last 2 had a peach color. Also the ones that taste terrible came in a bigger jar for some reason.

This mix goes into solution easily. It has a very pleasant fruit punch flavor. We enjoy this product very much.
