This is a great quality product but unfortunately I had a major problem - inositol makes me sleepy so I couldn't take it in the morning, otherwise I'm drowsy all day - and this product contains maca, which I find keeps me awake at night, so I couldn't take it in the evening either! I couldn't win either way!So unfortunately I've had to return to my previous inositol supplement which doesn't have any extras, just good old inositol (which, btw, is definitely worth taking if you have PCOS)

Finally found a supplement that meets all my needs in one! Since taking them I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my mood and energy levels, I’m a mum of two and always lagged in afternoon but that’s completely gone. Other things I’ve noticed a difference in is my skin and bloating! Subscribed and going to keep taking, don’t want to stop!

It’s a must to get ,it’s works for me

After years of suspecting I had PCOS, I recently received a confirmed diagnosis and have been exploring ways to manage it. I came across these tablets and after reading such positive reviews, decided to give them a try. Unfortunately for myself though, I haven’t noticed any significant benefits after a month of use. There may have been a slight reduction in my sugar cravings, but if so, it hasn’t been very noticeable. I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing them and will continue exploring other ways to manage my condition.

Oh I love these. Using them definitelly makes me feel less bloated. I kind a feel better myself .

The capsules are a big but it has helped reduced my ovulation cramping a little since usage.
