Great arch support
I love how it fits in my shoes and focuses on the arch. It stays in place nicely up in the arch. Takes the pain away and comfy too. I have bought alot and will continue to do so. I don't care for the ones you have to cut and you don't have to cut these.

Supports arch and heel without crowding your toes
There provide great support in your shoes for your arch and heels. I walk a lot at work and these are great for support. Non toe crowding too.

Works in regular shoes and Crocs with lining.
Suffered with Plantar fasciitis in right foot. Nothing really helped until I tried these. The crocs had to be lined, otherwise the inserts would work their way out of the shoe as I walked. It helped with the heal pain and arch. The 3/4 length helped by not crowding your toes in the shoes.
