2011 Kia Sorento EX owner. Door didn't work when I bought the car, and the child lock was engaged, so you can imagine how much of a paint in the butt it was to open.Realized the door lock actuator was the problem. Bought this because it was cheap, and I gotta say it looks identical to OEM. Functions about as well as it could, the door works and the locks also engage just fine. Five stars.

Installed perfectly, no problems. Seems to be made solid. I hope it lasts.

Purchased for a bad door handle on a 2012 Kia sorento. Watched a video before diving in. Took me about an hour to replace. Product was exactly like the OEM part that was removed. Works perfectly. No issues with this product whatsoever. Don’t spend extra money through a parts store, website or worse, the dealer.

I have a 2011 kia sorento and my door latch stopped working and had to buy a replacement... this was the most affordable option and it works great so far!

This item is junk! After less than 10 lock/unlock cycles the item stopped working. It no longer will lock or unlock.

As of yet the lock assembly does great.
