We have been using these in the garden for a year and still perfect. Just charged the first time and kept working since then by solar power. Lovely bright lights. Great quality.

Much better than lights from "bargain shops"
I got fed up with having to buy new sets of lights every year. The ones from discount stores seen like a bargain but laughingly never turn out to be waterproof despite being for outdoor use do after one year of use they are generally knackered.I saw these and read a few reviews outside of Amazon so decided to give then a try.As soon as you open the box you can see that the quality is far higher and justifies the higher purchase price. I used the usb port in the battery compartment to give the battery a full charge and hung theny around the garden. They came on straight away once it was dark and the lights are very bright and look lovely.I've given 4 stars as I won't know if they last longer than cheap ones for another year. Fingers crossed!

enjoy, you can watch them through your sleepless nights
I spent ages deliberating over whether to buy these. I did.... and I can't fault the fact that they were working from sunset (9pm) until 5 am (sunrise). Insomniacs, enjoy, you can watch them through your sleepless nights !!! :D ) I am fairly certain that during the winter months they will keep on cheering me up, and if the solar panels can't get enough sunlight to work (which I'm sure they will) then at least I can top them up via mains electricity. I am a very lazy person, but I haven't found any downsides to these lights, I am so looking forward to seeing how they perform in the winter. Well pleased :D

Intermittant function and very poor service
After much research, this product looked ideal. Sick of replacing lights every season. So thought the extra invest would be worth it. Quick delivery as usual with Amazon and product looked excellent. Set up and connected everything. Worked great for a couple of nights and then lights would not come on at dusk. Investigated and found that shining a torch on the solar panel made the lights come on. Contacted Solar centre and the short version is that there has been sporadic contact for 3 weeks now asking me to carry out various tests, but no offer to exchange or replace anything. Yes times are tough at present with Civid 19, but no real excuse to have phones switched off and such poor email contact. Shame I will have to return these as initially they looked to be just the thing.

Mighty small fairy lights and very thin cable too
I purchased these because one of the colours in my Solar Fairy Lights have finally stopped working. OK so I charged these up for 3 whole days via the USB lead and sure enough, they all lit up when I tried them. But the fairy lights themselves are mighty small and the cable is very thin too compared to my old Solar Fairy lights :-( I have tried to show these differences in a photo but it was difficult to hold the Lumify lights in one hand and take a good shot so I'm not sure anyone would really be able to see the differences properly? But you can see the difference in the wiring, with my old lights having twisted cabling that is nice a thick and the Lumify having a 2 straight cables. In the end I purchased a set of PowerBee Endurance Solar Lights, which have 5 different colour lights and have the same thick twisted cabling as my old lights and they look very nice indeed.
