Easy to take and quick delivery on my second bottle feel more energetic exercise helps with the weight loss but I also take apple cider vinegar tablets to complement the weight loss tablets would recommend

I have used these before to help me lose weight and they and I worked well losing almost a stone, need to lose some more for holidays, had my delivery today and had my first 2 tablets, very good value for money. Make sure you drink plenty of water as this helps.

Overpriced I think. Doesn't suppress my appetite as much as I thought it would, but that could be because of the medication I'm on. I'll keep taking it though, just in case I end up even hungrier without taking them.

I purchased these and tried them over the course of a month alongside a healthy diet and exercise. They worked in the sense of supressing my appetite, my meals were smaller portions, I cut all sugary foods and drinks and worked out for an hour a day and I managed to loose a stone on them. As said along side a healthy diet and exercise, these pills are good! Taking these on their own will do nothing for you, as with any weight loss you actually have to put the effort it. There is no magic pill to drop the pounds and see magical results. If your looking for the magic pill, these are not for you, if your looking for something to go alongside what you are doing, then these will benefit you! Repurchased as I got lazy and put weight back on!

So far, I've only used the product twice, and I'm pretty sure that the second time it worked as I would have liked. I'm striving to follow a ketogenic diet, which means for me, limiting my total sugars in a day to <25 g, and keeping my fats up to 50-75 g. Yesterday I found I had gone over the 25 g limit, so took a couple of the raspberry keytones, and still lost weight by the next day. So perhaps I was already back into ketosis by this morning. (I'm not testing for keytones, so I don't know for sure.) I'm not using the product as directed, but only in the instances that I go over my daily intake of sugars ( including from veggies or fruits). When I use these again, I'll post again.
