Is this the same size as a bic? I have a Toker poker and I hate the fact bic isn't refillable.

I don't think so in most cases. We have the cowboy boot bro and it does not fit that. They are much better than Bic's IMHO, especially in the wind, and they are refillable. Cool designs also.
