I was initially going to return this because it said that it was lightweight and when the package arrived it said that it was over 60 lb. However we decided to take it out and try it and it is about as light as a large Walker with a seat when taken apart. If you grab the two back wheels and push around the front to put it in your car you are lifting no more than about 3 lb. So you want to take the seat off put it in first. Fold the handlebars down. Then grab it by the back wheels and lift up and it will wheel around very easily to get it over to your trunk. Then simply lift the front tire in first and wheel it in. Taken apart the seat probably weighs about 10 to 12 lb. And the frame and handlebar probably weighs around 25 with the battery on it. The battery itself probably weighs about 2 to 3 lb. This is very nice and lightweight I'm glad we did not return it before we opened it and gave it a try. Five stars we have a very small car and as you can see it fits nicely in the trunk and takes up about the same space as a seated Walker. We did buy an upgraded quick release basket as the one that it came with was a little bit flimsy if you put anything large in it. Got for a gift and I believe the speed is incorrect and the description because we got up to 5 km per hour at 160 lb person. So that would be closer to 8 to 10 miles an hour not 4 mph like the description says. I'm guessing that maybe it was supposed to say 4 km/h? Anyways this will make a great gift for our grandmother

I couldn't believe it. I love it so much. It gave me a world of freedom compared to my handicapped scooter that I paid. So much more for this was quick. Easy and lightweight and no worries about the batteries. Best thing I ever bought thinking about buying my husband one.

Unable to see the charging status of the scooter??? Wrote an email to the manufacturer and they answered by stating that they had no record of selling this scooter to me and didn't answer this very simple question. Unable to satisfactorily use this scooter! Bought for handicapped person who has difficulty returning this bulky item. Very disappointed!!!

I purchased this scooter for the reason because it allows me to be mobile while recovering from an ankle surgery. The scooter is very efficient and affordable. The speed is appropriate because it is adjusted for a paced "walking" speed. I am 5'5" and weigh 250. The scooter does its job with reliability. It was easy to assemble and has about a 3 hour charge time. Eventhough it only comes in orange,it's the only flaw I see.

Pros: Great scooter with easy turning radius, metal is heavy gauge, smooth ride, cost effective - we found it to be one of the lowest priced scooters on the market, Few moving parts to assemble (if your seat post goes on smooth - you are in the money - ours did NOT) Cons: HORRIBLE and unhelpful customer service - we asked a simple question and after several days they still could not solve our problem with the seat post - we fixed it ourselves with some elbow grease, ( Seat post would not seat flat on the bottom of the seat so we used a hammer to pound it into place) Not a fan of orange but what are you gonna do? It is packed well but call for bulk pick up for the box and Styrofoam (which is copious), it is heavy to lift so if you have any issues with lifting heavy objects then it will be hard to put in the car. I would say all in all it is working great for what we need - as long as you have no problems.

A nifty light weight tri bike. For those inclined consider the fact it has a small turn radius on the front wheel. While I have not had any problems. It something to consider before purchase. Otherwise a great product. The battery is great, speeding right along.👍🏿

Exactly as advertised! Ran two days on a single charge at a convention. This 90 yr old can easily pick it up (without the seat) and put it in the trunk. Haven’t found out how or where to get a replacement battery yet?

I absolutely love this! I am able to get it in and out of my vehicle by myself. Even my granddaughters can pick it up for me. Everywhere I go people ask me about it I've had people ask me if they could take pictures and where they could order. It is super sturdy and holds a lot of weight!

I bought this for travel. It is light. It is convenient. Easy to use in the airports and no issues bringing on the plane. Folds nicely to the size of a stroller. I am excited to rip around resorts and towns. I have ordered a bigger battery and will get a comfy cushion. No regrets

We love our new wheels, even though it arrived 4 days early. Thankfully we were home so we decided to put it together to start using it tomorrow. Thanks for delivering it early. This week we tried to use the scooter, but the battery is dead after it was charged to the green light, is there a replacement battery that can be purchased? PLEASE advise us on this problem. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed in this purchase (parts missing) and finding out that I cannot get the missing parts unless I pay for them! The order came from Amazon's warehouse, but no indication that anything was missing. The item as described when I ordered it indicated that there were "minor blemishes to the scooter and it worked fine", but no indication parts were missing! Heads up, Amazon---a battery charger is essential for this to run!

Nice ,easy to used

Do not buy this product. They sell crappy batteries that will not charge if you happen to forget to charge it. Then they can not sell you a replacement battery and instead give you a website to a Chinese company that will ship you a new one for 300.00. Amazon would not even back you if it’s wintertime and the timeframe to return it has lapsed. Then in the spring when you start it up it will not work your screwed like we are. Very nice Amazon for allowing this to happen and treating your customers like this. And keep happening g to others. I have a text from vevor saying they would refund but Amazon will not
