Extremely impressed with this unit. First off it was well packaged for delivery. It appears to be well built. I recieved unit and unpacked it and allowed to sit 24 hours per the instructions. Attached the handle. Turn the unit on in the automatic mode (turns on and off when desired humidity level is achieved). The humidity in my 2500sqft crawlspace was 80%. I set my desired level at 60% which was achieved within 12 hours.This unit is on casters so it can easily be moved utilizing the attached handle. It has a large filtered intake and side exhaust. I placed the drain tube about 8 ft above unit and the automatic pump has no problem emptying. The unit is very quiet when running.I have dealt with this company in the past on another product and they were very responsive to my needs. 100% happy with their customer service.Extremely happy with my purchase.

Purchased this product about a year ago, and worked very well for my application as a garage dehumidifier. At some point an issue occurred and I reached out to customer support, who was very responsive and helpful in supporting the troubleshooting. Eventually it was determined the unit was defective and they promptly sent me a new unit. While I was not happy the original unit failed, the level of support and the prompt remediation was impressive.

Seldom do you find a company that stands behind their product the way you'd like, however Moiswell is that company. We purchased a Moiswell VP190 in June of 2024. We live on Cape Cod and constantly experience high humidity. Our dehumidifier worked tirelessly for 11 months, but for reasons I don't fully understand, simply stopped functioning. I immediately emailed Moiswell customer service looking for guidance. Within two days I was fully engaged with a customer representative who walked me through a number of trouble-shooting exercises. Despite the reps best effort, we could not revive the unit. After doing our best to return the unit to service, our customer service representative, without hesitation, offered me a credit to my Visa card in an amount that I considered very fair. Our customer service experience was simply awesome. Although I was disappointed that the unit failed, the bottom line is that Moiswell stood behind their product 110%. You are not just purchasing a product you are purchasing the commitment and support the Moiswell Company takes so seriously. Purchase the Moiswell !!

I purchased the Moiswell VP250 to dehumidify a photographic studio space in my basement. Many other dehumidifiers that I have tried are poorly built and do not last long. In contrast, the Moiswell unit is very well constructed and heavy duty. The built-in pumping system is good at removing the condensate to a drain, and the compressor system is sturdy. The intake air filter is easily accessible and easy to clean. When I had a concern about the operation of the unit, the Moiswell customer service team took care of the issue promptly and satisfactorily. I recommend this unit for applications where you need an efficient and reliable environmental control solution.

I fought this thing at our vacation home. Drain would not automatically come on and pump out the water, I have read others have this problem as well. Here's what you do: take off the filter and front cover only (2 screws). Now take off the front cover of the panel (3 screws) and fing the wires for the floats, I think they are WP & WM and switch positions on the circuit board, I me is red and one is white. Basically the problem is that they installed the floats in the wrong position, the one that shuts the machine off is sitting lower than the one that triggers the pump. Mine works perfectly now!

The unit is commercial strength, quickly reducing the humidity level in a large space.The unit failed 1 year after purchase. 4 days after reaching out to customer service, I received a replacement unit. This time includes shipping time.

Heavy Duty Dehumidifier - I am using this to keep a shop (900 sq ft) dry and it works well. The ceilings are 20 ft and I was concerned that it didn't have the capacity, but I was wrong. This has kept the shop (metal building) dry with no inside condensation. I live in the NW and had issues during the winter before I purchased this with extreme wet in the structure. It was so bad that condensation was dripping from the ceilings like rain inside. Using this unit, the entire shop is dry and tools aren't rusting. This is before I added insulation so the comparison is accurate. It is large enough to not run constantly and is right sized for the area. Been working perfectly.

I had an issue with the first unit that I received, but I reached out to the manufacturer. Their customer service is a top notch. They replaced the unit that failed and communicated very well throughout the whole process.I have two of these units, one larger than the other and they both work really well.
