This thing is a lifesaver. It hears up quickly and gets wrinkles out in a single pass. I use it to iron my industrial material choir dress that has the most voluminous skirt you've ever seen. So fast. Probably a quarter of the time of a traditional iron. And the job lasts for a dress rehearsal, dinner, and two performances. Amazing.It's a workout. The thing isn't heavy, but it's not light. But getting those wrinkles out.I've also used it in some linen shirts and wow. So fast. So easy.Would highly recommend. Wish I'd sprung for it earlier!

The media could not be loaded. This is my first portable steamer, I've been wanting one for a while and I have to say I wasn't disappointed with the performance and ease of use with this product. So out of the box I received the steamer itself with a small detachable water tank, measuring cup, 2 attachable fabric tools, oven mitt, and operating instructions.The unit itself is lightweight and fit well in my hand so it was comfortable to use. It heats up rather quickly, from the time I turned it on till the time the steam starts to roll out was about 30 seconds. One thing I don't like is the length of the cord, I feel it should be longer, you really have to be near to an outlet. In the instructions they say not to use an extension cord with this.As far as performance, for clothes I think it did better with lighter, thinner material. When I used this on heavier cotton garments it took a lot longer for wrinkles to come out, and even then it didn't get all of them out completely. As far as other uses, it did a nice job on steam cleaning couch cushions and even a cotton comforter.Overall I'm happy with the way this item performed and can definitely recommend it as an easy way to iron and steam clean household items.

The steamer worked two times and stopped putting out steam. It will heat up but no steam will come out.

This steamer works well and is easy to use. It is light weight and comfortable to hold. It comes with a diffusing shield for clothing and a brush for things like furniture, carpets, etc.The water reservoir is small, but hold enough to generate a lot of steam; plenty for two or three garments. The hole for adding water is very small making it a bit of a challenge to fill without spilling. No worries, just fill it over the sink.The steamer heats up very quickly, going from off to generating steam in under 30 seconds.One short-coming of this unit is the instructions. There is useful information in there, along with some utter nonsense. For example: "....turned to the second gear to emit steam for wet soup operation"., and this puzzler, "Prevent steam burns by spraying steam onto hands".Finally, IMO this steamer (and all others) represent a very real risk for severe burns. Steam does not forgive a mistake. All possible safety measures should be observed.I like this steamer and, if used with the proper precautions, I recommend it.

It’s a great item, I just had nowhere I could hang my garments that was not too high up.

So tired of wasting my money on crappy steamers. Hoping this one would work but nope. It steams at first but then the motor or electronics makes a really loud noise and then it stops working. I could not get it to stop and even didn’t turn it on for a few days and when I turned it back on, the same loud noise
