4-in-1 Premium Hairline Powder Kit - Conceal Thinning Hair, Root Touch-Up, Highlight Refresher & Eyebrow Enhancer for Men and Women (Dark Brown)

I never thought I'd be able to leave the house again without a headband or beanie covering my front hair loss, but I'm doing it today! Not until you get super super close can you see any powder. It's easy to apply and I got some awesome results straight away. Not much of a learning curve at all. The before & after photos are from only my second try.I have Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia, which causes permanent hair loss. Mine isn't so bad yet that I need a wig, nor would I want to deal with one. But beyond wigs and toppers there are only so many coverage options. My previous go-to wide headbands and beanies were easy, but can get hot, especially as they don't look great when worn with my hair up. I tried hair fibers and thought they looked super obvious, and I didn't want to bother with trying a spray nozzle, special comb, and setting spray to try to get it to look good. Root sprays seemed like a messy option, plus there are few color options.I liked the inclusion of multiple applicators (I used the smaller brush), the color options (with other brands I didn't see a good match to my hair color), and showing a photo of the hair color not just the powder color (as they are quite different - you'd never think that powder that looks gold as the dark blond one does would match my hair color, but it does).I think the shine in the powder makes it look more realistic. Thus I think these powders have an advantage over using eyeshadow like some do at their hairline. You do however pay a premium.Only negatives are that the brushes don't fit in the case, the powder isn't waterproof, it can clump if you apply too much, and it makes a bit of a mess on the bathroom counter that I needed to wipe up (but that's same as any other makeup). If I notice it doesn't stay in place I may try some hairspray or such over it, but I think it'll be ok as long as it doesn't rain and I don't get super sweaty.

It covers my grey hair until I’m ready to go back to the salon. It stays in place until you wash your hair, makes your hair line and other areas look fuller. Love this product, I will be repurchasing when it is finished. There is a lot of product, a little goes a long way. Perfect for my needs.

Pros: Little needed to achieve good coverage. Good color for light to med brown hair. Very little itching as compared to previously used root concealors.Con: Only the pad-type applicator fits in the same compact/container as the root concealor product. This isn't the applicator you'd use for root concealing. This pad would be used for covering thinning. I would prefer the root concealing applicator fit in the compact/product case.

Totally could not use this, and I mistakenly ordered 2. It doesn’t really cover the scalp.

I have honey tones of blonde in my hair. I currently cannot color my hair so this product covers my roots beautifully. I like the various sized brushes in the case.

My 60 plus wife got some white hair and she always goes to hair salons to dye her hair, but within a couple of weeks the white hair roots show up again. Despite I assure her, her white hair looks beautiful and attractive on her, most women want to conceal their real age. She used this hairline powder kit applied to the white hair roots, came out of the bathroom within 10 minutes and I had to say either it's her excellent skill or this hairline kit did wonders, the white hair roots were there no more. She plans to use this to extend the time she has to go and dye her hair to save some money. Of course, saving money is always good news to me. It took such a short time to apply and it mixed so well that even I looked real close I wouldn't know she's hiding her white hair. Four thumbs up (2 thumbs from her and 2 from me).

This product was ok, but not any different from other products I have used.

Great for filling in my white beard. Makes it look much fuller!
