Lottie London Stamp Liner in Heart, Dual Ended Heart Shape Liner, Double Ended Black Eyeliner, Heart Stamp and Pointed End Pen for Playful & Bold Designs

One of my favorite liquid liners. I do thick wings, and I love that you can do thin lines or thick with this liner. Would buy it from Walmart, then my Walmart stopped selling it and I had to use other brands, nothing really compared to this one other than one but can’t remember the name. I will say that the stamp side is kinda iffy, but I rarely ever use that side.

Works pretty well and easy to use.

its easy to wash off, but it wont smudge after its dried. its a very pigmented eyeliner and very precise. it works perfect for everyday stuff or like full glam or anything and the stamp also works very well

I got this brand initially through Ipsy, and I loved it. It’s like a sharpie for your eyes. Happy to find it here-this version has a heart stamp on one end. I don’t need that, just the eye liner. 4 stars just bc I’d rather have two ends that are pens, not a heart. But still a great product! It doesn’t run, and comes off easily when I’m washing my face. Also-I had some kind of weird eye allergy last year. I have become more particular about my eye liner and mascara brands. This one doesn’t give me problems.
