Pricey but I do like them work good and I do have energy and they taste good. I have notice they gets a little hard when I put them in my medicine holder so now I just take out the bottle.

What I appreciate most is the formula. These gummies are made with nutrients that many Black women are often low in, especially Vitamin D and Iron. I’ve been using Black Girl Vitamins multivitamin for about one month now. I’ll be honest, I haven’t always been consistent with taking a multivitamin but determined to be more consistent with my regimen. So far: ✔️ Taste: I like it. Not too sweet and the consistency is good. ✔️ Energy: yes: I have more natural, steady energy throughout the day, which was one of my main goals I also want to be transparent: I take daily iron, a probiotic, and collagen (other brands), so it could absolutely be the combination that’s giving me these results—but overall, I’m feeling good. I’m try to minimize gummies because I don’t want cavities, but I was told gummies absorb faster than capsules. I just ordered two more months of the BGV multivitamin. ✨ Overall: feeling more energized and staying consistent,and that matters to me

I am always telling my co workers to try these vitamins. I haven’t had to call off sick yet for a cold or flu (knock on wood)🪵 . I am on my third bottle and I feel like this gave me all the nutrients I need as a black girl. They taste great, and not too sticky like some gummies I’ve had. They are small so it’s easy to take two. I would love a sugar free option just because I am watching my sugar (I’m not diabetic but both sides of my family are so I’m trying to be proactive). I feel like my hair and nails are getting stronger and healthier as well. If you wash your hands a lot like I do they will still break, but I’ve scratched myself on accident plenty of times because my nails are so strong now. 🤭As far as skin health, I have other skin issues that contribute to my breakouts so I cannot say if it helps skin. HOWEVER! I have seen I huge difference in my cycle. I still get really bad cramps the first day but after that I’m fine. The flow is so much better as well! It’s worth the money and it gives you enough for a month. If I feel a little sniffle coming on I take 3 for a couple days and it’s gone. It’s never enough where I feel like I need to miss work. These vitamins are by far the best I have used. I waited 2 months before writing this review because I wanted to give a real review and all I can say is, perfect. I take my vitamins when I first wake up (on an empty stomach) and by the time I am out the shower, I already feel an energy boost! They are easy on the stomach and the taste is great. They and not sticky or super chewy. I would recommend to anyone who lacks energy and struggle with the usual taste of vitamins, these are a perfect choice!
