Great for seasonal allergies!
I am a retired veterinary technician and have a dog who has seasonal allergies, and food allergies. His symptoms consist mostly of scratching at his face, and chewing his feet. The food allergies have been controlled by putting him on a limited ingredient diet. The seasonal allergies usually started up in April and last until November, and required antihistamines. Last spring my vet convinced me to try the prescription medication Apoquel which is an immunosuppressive. At first it seemed like magic, my dog had zero allergy symptoms. Then after being on the medication for a few months, my dog developed a histiocytoma (a benign tumor) on his lip. These are typically seen in puppies and young dogs - my dog was 4 yrs. old at the time. These usually go away on their own after a few months and that is exactly what happened - no big deal (other than a trip to the vet to confirm that it was in fact a histiocytoma and not a more aggressive tumor). Several months later, while still on Apoquel, my dog started chewing on his right front leg, up near where the leg and body meet (his front "armpit" if you will). He was also shedding like crazy - HUGE amounts of fur. He ended up with a large area of hair loss and red angry looking skin on his right front leg. He would not leave it alone. This happened after the allergy season. I bought a sleeve to keep him away from it, and took him to the vet (again). She did a skin scraping to check for bacterial infection, yeast infection, or mange which were all negative, and then suggested putting him on prednisone (another immunosuppressant) in addition to the Apoquel and Zyrtec. I told her I had been reading up on Apoquel and some of the side effects included histiocytomas and demodectic mange. I told her I was going to pull him off of the Apoquel (which needed to be done by weaning over a few weeks). She suggested I could try a dose of Bravecto which is used for fleas and ticks, but also is very effective in treating demodectic mange mites just in case the negative scraping was due to a low population of mites. Within a week of getting him off of the Apoquel and using the Bravecto his skin calmed down, and at that time I noticed that his entire coat was thinning - more noticeably on his right side. Once he was off of that nasty drug it took a few months for his fur to grow back. This year before allergy season started, I decided to read up on supplements for allergies. I chose Zesty Paws because of all of the good reviews, and the company's reputation. I started giving them to my dog in March and now well into allergy season have not seen ANY of his usual allergy symptoms. Also, his coat looks beautiful again!

Helped my border collie!
My border collie was chewing his hair from itching so much. He didn't have fleas, tics or hot spots but was bald in spots because of his excessive chewing. After giving him this for about 2 weeks I noticed his chewing had calmed down. And within another two weeks he stopped chewing at his skin completely. It did take a bit of time for the hair to grow back, but now he looks normal again! Unfortunately, I can't share before and after pics as I didn't take any during his bad hair days, lol!

Too soon to tell - we have only been using for a couple weeks
I gave it 4 because my dog liked the Better Wild brand better but these do crumble and you can mix it in food if need be. It's too soon to tell if they work --as we have not used many of them yet. The season for his itchies also hasn't started yet - hoping to boost his immunity before they hit.As a note - these smell good to me - my boy doesn't share the same opinion. However he will eat them if I Hoover and make sure he does.

Finally found a product that works.
I am so happy that I found a product that really works. My dog no longer chews constantly. She is very picky and will not eat them by themselves, so I put it in with her can dog food and she gobbles them up.

Didn’t work for us
Didn’t work at all for my two boys. Used it for a few weeks without results. Ended up using Zyrtec for their allergies. 4.23.25- Updating my review as customer service is great. product didn’t work for our boys but since customer service stood behind their product and satisfaction guarantee, I wanted to give them props. Product 3 stars but I gave the seller 5 stars though due to their standing behind their product.

Saved My Husky’s Itchy Ears—So Awesome!
Okay, so my husky, Lola, is the coolest dog ever, but her itchy ears were seriously stressing us out. I tried a bunch of stuff like ear drops and fancy shampoos, but nada worked. Then I got these, they’re amazing! They’ve got probiotics and cool ingredients like colostrum—whatever that is—and after a couple of weeks, Lola’s ears were way better. No more red, angry mess, and she’s not shaking her head 24/7 anymore. She loves the lamb flavor too, chomping them down like treats, so I don’t have to fight her to take them. Plus, her fur’s looking extra fluffy this winter, which is a bonus. These chews totally turned my itchy, annoyed husky into her happy, chill self again. I’m super happy with them—five stars for sure! They’re like magic for her ears, and I’m so glad we found them!

It's working!
I've been giving this to my 2 dogs for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be working well enough. A lot less scratching going on.

She licks less
Right now I will give it four stars. I have noticed that my labradoodle does not lick or chew on herself as much. I am going to get another months worth and see if it continues to improve. She likes to chew and I give it to her for breakfast and dinner.
