The card was for a birthday for my sister-in-law. I'd inadvertently missed her name off the card at the personalisation stage, but I contacted the seller through Amazon, and they came back with a prompt reply, and were very obliging in rectifying the mistake. A good quality product all round, and I was very pleased with the result.
