tearing at seams and separation at intake site.
Disappointed - tearing at seams and fabric separation at intake site. can this be resolved. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. a since seam was split on one of the two and the fabric around the intake was completely pulled away on the other. How can this be corrected?

They are Extra Large for my tall friends
This brand lasts for years. I bought the extra large to add to the others, so my taller friends are more comfortable.
