I am so glad I bought this coffee scale! I now can have the perfect cup of coffee every morning. The scale is accurate and easy to read. I love that it is rechargeable. The removable rubber mat makes it easy to clean. I also love that I can switch unit between g, ml, oz, lb, lb:oz and fl’oz so it serves more than just a coffee scale. Good value for the money!

At the moment, I can't think of anything I dislike about this scale.The buttons are responsive, the measurements are accurate (I checked the readings with a couple of calibration weights from a scientific scale), the displays are clear.Operation in daily use is very simple.1. Turn on scale2. After self test, place carafe and filter3. Press "T" to tare4. Add grinds5. Press "||>" to weigh the grinds. This automatically tares the scale again and sets the timer to standby. It also activates the coffee to water ratio display6. Add water and the timer automatically starts so you get a precise bloom time.The added water is weighed and displayed as you pour and the coffee to water ratio display gives you an instantaneous reading, so you can brew your perfect cup of coffee each time.The scale has a large capacity and precise resolution so it works for single small cups to large pots.All in all, the best scale I've tried so far and might pick up another one when they go on sale (again).Highly recommended.

This scale works great but seems difficult to understand by people who don’t read directions or descriptions of the scale. Perhaps they could add a feature that helps that type of person. I am worried someone will use this with boiling water and they will get a burn when they pour the liquid on their face. Great scale but with those concerns.

Great scale. I was looking to replace another scale I used for coffee that just stopped working. That one was cheap so I figured I would spend more and get something better. I couldn't make up my mind and just decide to get this scale for now until I find something else. For the money, this scale has nice features and works great. I now see no need to spend 5 to 10 times more like I was planning on some high end scale. I once had coffee leak all over it causing it to not function but once it dried it worked fine. I also dropped it and it also still works fine. After both mishaps I tested it with a weight and it showed the exact weight expected.

This scale has checked all the boxes for me. I love the easy to read multi-color display. The soft touch buttons have very quick response times and the scale is accurate. Also really enjoying the convenience of the coffee to water ratio display.Now, as someone else has pointed out it does have one little quirk but there is an easy workaround. If one jostles the brewer while timing is in progress, the scale will reset the time and weight. The obvious workaround is don't do that. However, there are certain brewing techniques - swirling, flipping the Hario Switch lever during the brew process - which require touching the brewer while timing is in progress. To avoid resetting the timer and weight when you do that, simply pause the timer by touching the left timer button, swirl or flip the lever on your brewer, then touch the timer button again to resume where you left off. Problem solved with a simple added step.

I use this for my pour overs. Easy to use. Shows your ratio. Timer auto stops when you move your server so if you swirl your dripper or use a switch you'll have to start the timer again. Lasts a long time on a charge. Really liked the price. It seems to be exactly the same as another brand, but half the price.

Nice design and for the price, it is good. Accurate. But, the controls are a little wonky out of the box. They are not buttons but touch, it sometimes either takes a few extra taps or does something unintended. I contacted the SELLER about how the instructions for the controls did not work as written. No response.
