A really good starter kit for anyone getting into Top Trumps and a fantastic gift idea for young football fans.

Perfect for a Plane
I bought these to put in with a selection of games to entertain my 7 year old boy on a flight (trying to avoid 4 hours of screen time!). It was his first set of top trumps. The cards were good quality (surviving a spilt drink with little damage) and with good quality photos and text. Firstly, he loved looking through at all the players, getting really excited about the ones he already knew. It was nice to see him taking an interest in some less well-known players. Really liked that there were female players in there too. We did have some debates over the rankings! But that made for some good conversation. He loved the game and found it really fun especially when we played more and got to grips with which cards were best for which (they do have a TOP TRUMP logo on to indicate if it is the best in a particular category which helped). All in all, a compact game which was well worth the money.

Son like them
Bit pricey these are. But lad likes them & loves football. Glossy finish as you expect from top trumps. Compels you to buy the other sets that go with this so watch out your kids nagging you for more.
