I bought it for my husband Father’s Day gift but gave it to him sooner because he loves these types of gifts. He loved it as I expected. What I like about it is that it’s very beautiful and also light weight. Glasses are good quality and nice . Also this is our first time using ice stones which was very interesting and worked great. It’s not very expensive too and for the price is a good option for giftsOverall we had good feeling using it. Recommend

We’re down to only a couple whiskey glasses at the house and based on the price, decided to get these. I know they’re marketed as gifts (they come with a card and could certainly be used for a gift), but they came with so many other things that we decided to get them.First, these are really well made. I don’t like whiskey glasses made with thin glass. Although these aren’t the heftiest glasses I’ve seen, they are definitely thicker and don’t ‘feel fragile in your hands. They have a simple, diamond design on the bottom. Personally, I prefer glasses with no design, but it’s really not a big deal for me. I tried the stones (basically you freeze them and use them like ice cubes) and liked how they worked. I didn’t get the impression they worked as well as ice, but if you take your drink neat, but you like it somewhat chilled, then these would be very useful. The ice tongs are fine, and the box is nice and well-lined.There are only 2 things I didn’t care for with these. The first is that they were a bit smaller than I anticipated. They were definitely smaller than my regular glasses. Ultimately, this isn’t a big deal, but if you wanted to, say, mix something like an Old Fashioned with a large ice cube, then everything might not fit. The second thing I didn’t care for was that, out of the box, the glasses had a film of some sort on them. It was almost oily. I presume that this could have come from the foam lining that they were sitting in. I wasn’t planning on using them straight out of the box anyway, so I ran them through the dishwasher, and they came out fine.In the end, I don’t think that these can be beat from the perspective of quality and price. Whether you buy them as a gift for someone else or for yourself, the value is definitely there.

These glasses are smaller than I expected; smaller than an average whisky glass. But it's a nice gift box, with the stones + bag for the stones, and small tongs. My whisky-drinking buddy loved the set very much.

A gift I gave to my brother-in-law. The quality of the materials feels and looks well made. Also, the whiskey rocks are great because it allows the beverage to be chilled without having to be watered down overtime by ice.

This elegant gift set is for the whiskey fan that wants a cold drink, but neat (no water/ice). The set contains two whiskey glasses and coasters, tongs, bag to hold the stones, and 8 granite stones. Place the granite stones in the freezer (I use the bag to hold them) for about a half hour, then place them in the provided glass(es) and pour in you favorite drink. My favorite is scotch whisky but any preferred beverage is fine. I know this is gift set, but I'm selfishly hanging onto mine instead of giving it away.
