I'm using this as the main lock for my property. Every day I'm unlocking and locking the gate. This lock is super tuff, if someone wants in they will have better luck with unbolting my gate vs cutting through this. The main issue is pairing it with a lock that matches the durability of the chain buy not making it super hard for you to lock up the gate.

I bought this chain and lock as part of my generator set up. One end of the chain is locked to the end of my generator. The chain is looped around the handle at the top of my generator, then locked to a heavy duty D-ring. The D-ring is welded to a 5"X5" plate that is bolted to the bottom of my utility cart. Another heavy duty chain is cinched around a pole and the other end is locked to the D-ring. The 2 chains and 2 locks secure the generator to the cart and the cart to the pole. The chain is heavy. I have limited mobility and reduced hand strength. The utility cart not only makes it easy to set up my generator and power cords, the utility cart holds my chains and locks too. What I can wheel out to the post in one wagon trip would otherwise take me at least four trips.

Amazing chain it’s super heavy and super thick however the lock it comes with is plastic and metal and doesn’t always open or close perfectly. Still the chain ends does have a big opening for a thicker or a second lock to protect your bike/motorcycle.

This chain is big and heavy, It certainly looks robust. The padlock looks OK but rarely works. Several times I had to use a hammer to get it to unlock even though the key was inserted. Its new and clean but still I thought I was going to need to cut it, but a smack with a hammer got it to let loose. Now sometimes it won't lock even when the key is turned and removed. I have quit using it, but the chain will work out. Don't count on the lock, its not worth anything for protecting something valuable.

They took a heavy, potentially great chain and ruined it with terrible, shoddy welding. Every link has a great weight and thickness but they did a horrendous job welding them shut. You may not be able to easily cut the chain at a solid point but every single link can be easily cut at the weld point. The U-lock is also garbage. Super light, flimsy plastic. Charging $70~ for this is robbery. It's realistically a $20 lock set that looks more expensive from afar. Stay away from this set if you don't want your bike or equipment stolen

Used it to secure a replacement catalytic converter after the original was stolen. I wanted prospective future thieves to take one look and run away screaming - too disturbed to ever attempt the theft of another cat. I don't know if that has happened, but the reality is that they are unlikely to try. I wound stainless steel cable between the links of this chain and a smaller one to create a basket around the cat and welded a few links to the cat itself as well. I said that it was easy to use, but it's actually large and heavy enough that it took some time to get it wrapped around the cat so that it fit tightly enough. With links this large it makes a difference how the links lay up against the object they wrap around. Doing it wrong will drastically decrease the distance that can be spanned with the chain. Then after shaking around while driving the chain may fit loosely and rattle. I won't be using the lock. I'm just not sure that it is as formidable as the chain appears to be. Be careful about inhaling the fumes from cutting, grinding, or welding on this chain. The manganese and the cadmium plating can cause "metal fume fever" when internalized as a fume or dust.

箱と管理ラベルの写真をアップしましたが、チェーンの太さが商品説明に明記されている15mmではなく14mmの物が届きました！ また、Uロックも内径50mmではなく40mmでした！！ ロックはとても渋く、鍵の抜き差し毎に本体から金属粉が落ちます。いつ使えなくなるか分からないので、このロックは使えません。 販売元の「Tongyou JP」にチェーンの太さ15mmの物の在庫があれば交換希望、と数回連絡しましたが回答はありません。
