Can you use this product to repair or re-surface non-stick frying pans and pots?

This product was designed as a bicycle chain lubricant, it is not food grade. It contains non-food-grade petroleum products, aerosols and Teflon(PTFE) particles. It is not capable of repairing Teflon pan scratches. To correct some errors .... Teflon pans can be repaired, however it is not a simple home process. Teflon, prior to 2013, was made using PFOA, and the PFOA are hazardous, but Teflon is not hazardous below it's 570F degradation temperature. Refer to a reliable web resource and avoid googling the many ignorant misinformation-laden greenie-alarmist websites (they exist for many chemicals). WebMD & Scientific American report that consuming tiny teflon chips does no harm. It is foolish to avoid teflon, or to throw away teflon pans.
