oh yes. I put in an onion cut in quarters and 5 sec diced finely. I make my own chicken mince too among other uses

Can it mince cooked meat..ie for rissoles etc..left over from a Sunday roast for example?

No,it is not a mincer,although in the discription it tell you it is a mincer.Something wrong somewhere!!!

Is this a sausage maker also?

The meat grinder I ordered was model 304 FDA but the one I received says model ALW-FC28 on the box . I don't think it is a sausage maker I can't see how.Maybe that was why it was reduced.
