Been using protein shakes for more than 10 years now. Hydrolyzed protein is by far better than isolate or concentrate, and usually costs way more, but this hydro whey has the same price as those two. Better taste and instant absorption.

By far one of the best protein shakes I've tried. I'm very picky when it comes to protein powders because for the most part they don't taste very good or their consistency is not good enough but this brand checks all the boxes and would highly recommend.

This product was reasonably priced compared to others and the flavor and mixability is good digestibility for lactose irritated and intolerant types form a brand I don't directly recognize. Give it a try
