Medium for sure due to your height. Maybe even large for your height if you have a long torso. I’m 5’3, 135 and got a medium. And it was tight/good compression for my body type.

Q: Does it have buttons on the bikini area ?

Yes!! it has like 3 from what I can remember and its really good! I was dancing and twerking lmfao and it did not pop or anything !!!!

Q: Why is there a seam on the inside? It squeezes my stomach and makes it look less flat.

Make sure that inner layer of material is pulled up all the way and then it flattens you out.
