Really nice product. Looks great in our garden. Heavier than we thought it would be so not as portable as we wanted.If you haven’t used one before, there is a learning curve to getting the right temperature vs. smoke setting etc. But practice makes perfect.The ceramic insert where the coal goes arrived chipped, but the great customer service team had a new one shipped to us very quickly.
