Absolutely the best salt packets that I’ve found. They contain more product than most brands so it makes a good strength solution that’s perfect for me. The packaging is just perfect and they are the easiest to open and dispense. Very good quality product and packaging for a great price! I will definitely be buying these again!

Amazing product! These work great and there was so many for the money, Does not burn and I am not having any allergy problems this season. Very easy to open little packet, comes with a little bag to put them in. I am so happy with these and will continue to purchase more as needed.

I was going to leave negative feedback for this product due to the uncomfortableness of it, as others have stated, but I then checked the picture and it does state the bottle sizes. I use these with the Neil med original bottle, not the bigger size, and I noticed another review stated this is double the amount. I used .5 of the sachet in the small bottle and what do you know, it does not sting. Good product at a much cheaper price and technically you get double to amount, so even cheaper.

500mlにちょうど良く使用できます。 袋の形が細長いので容器に入れやすい。 人肌温度のお湯使用ですがサッと溶けて溶け残りもないです。 付属の袋には押し込んでも全部は入りません。30本くらいは無理でした。 色もデザインもお洒落でとても気に入ってます。 不満点としては開け口の切り込みの悪いものがちょくちょくあって手で開けられずハサミを使う時があります。 これだけがちょっと面倒。

Ich habe mir das Medi Grade Nasenspülsalz bestellt, da ich zur Zeit eine chronische Nebenhöhlenentzündung mit Nasenpolypen habe. Bis die Wirkung des verschriebenen Kortison Nasensprays einsetzt (mehrere Wochen - Monate!?), versuche ich nun die geschwollenen Nasenschleimhäute dadurch zu unterstützen. Und tatsächlich funktioniert es, zeitlich begrenzt, mit der Nasendusche sehr gut und ich fühle nach der Spülung eine Zeit lang echte Befreiung in der Nase. Somit kann ich auf konventionelles (abschwellendes) Nasenspray verzichten und laufe nicht in die Gefahr einer Abhängigkeit. Zudem soll die Wirkung des Kortison Nasensprays besser sein, wenn man vorher eine Nasenspülung gemacht hat. Das Produkt selber hat für mich ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ist aus meiner Sicht von guter Qualität. Die Beutel lassen sich leicht öffnen (gut perforiert) und das Salz ist sehr Feinkörnig. Es löst sich im lauwarmen Wasser sofort auf und man kann schon nach wenigen Sekunden mit der Spülung beginnen. Dabei ergeben die 4g Salz in einer 350ml Spülflasche eine leicht erhöhte isotonische Spüllösung (0,9%ig = 9g auf 1L Wasser). Man spürt das es etwas salziger ist, aber ich habe kein brennen, oder irgendwelche anderen Reizungen. Mir bekommt diese Lösung sehr gut!
