If I want to tart any food up I squeeze this over it. Particularly good on salads. Nice consistency, lovey flavor. Only caveat is the bottle as it gets sticky immediately

For me a drizzle over fish and rice is so tasty that I now have a subscription that delivers monthly.Yummy

Drizzle over hot chips and melted cheese. Amazing on waffles and bacon instead of syrup which I find too sweet, highly recommended 👌.

I bought this balsamic glaze became it was advertised for use on fish and vegetables. It gives a different dimension to my fish from the basic drizzle of lemon juice.

Great taste as my friend buys this all the time but unfortunately my delivery of it was damaged. Hopefully next time it is packaged better
