Best Lung Trainer!
Ran over 1.5 miles and didn’t even realize it!! Wasn’t winded at all, and it definitely helped my breathing for when I started to run without it. 10/10

Works as intended, and great for the cost.
Purchased for my 15 year old son who is using it for breathing training for cross country running and music. Resistance is adjustable, and the functionality is achieved by screwing or unscrewing the end of the product to allow more or less air through. The product isn't amazingly comfortable but at the price point it is better than expected. This has already made good results for endurance running.

Its Decent for its purpose, get used to a bit of a mess with it if you use it for more than 5 minutes at a time. Pretty good for the money/
