Yes ... the speaker will play music from the smartphone via bluetooth.

How do you access bluetooth? The manual says the mode key but when i use that key it just toggles between a padlock icon or mot. ???

Don’t hold the mode button. That accesses the keyboard lock function. A momentary press will cycle through the inputs; aux, Bluetooth, SD card. Stop on Bluetooth. It will show up on your device as. ZWS-603.

Does this record FM broadcasts as MP3 files or WAV files

The files are MP3 type. I recorded from the radio.

How long can this continuously record radio on a single charge?

Not sure on recording, but listening to the radio seems to last about 8 hours
