For years having sampled honey from all over the world this one is a standout. Absolutely hits on all points. Sweet, full of nuance and a unique characteristic I will call buttery.`Viscous reeking of goodness, I am grateful to have access to this exceptional honey. Hats off to the beekeepers on this one.

I’m no expert or an authority, but I’m really amazed of its texture, flavour, and quality in a “glass” jar. I’m hoping that this is a real authentic “raw” honey that is unfiltered, uncooked, unpasteurised, and raw. I don’t have the resources to have it tested to make sure that the claim is true, I’m hoping that the claim is true. I have to take their word for it, as you all know, in this day and age, many have the money and resources to counterfeit just about anything and make it like a real authentic product. Nevertheless, I think that this is the real thing, and the only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because I have no way of proving that this is what the manufacturer is claiming it to be.

ETA: So, so, so good! I don’t cook with it; I use cheaper grocery store honey for baking. Using this in tea, on toast, or making a honey-butter spread…this is the stuff! The jar isn’t even 1/4 gone and I am ready to reorder! Very good. Even grocery store honey is expensive, and if this is better for us (still investigating), it is worth the extra expense. Very curious as to how it came to our home in the middle of nowhere the very next day after ordering it!
