The product Had no lower setting. It was too hot for my skincare. I think i got a sunburn!

This is very nice quality. It's very relaxing to use. It's also very easy to use. It was easybto assemble. Its sturdy. I'm just confused about a couple of things. #1 it doesn't have a 10 min setting like it says, and there is only one way to set it. It describes different wave lengths to achieve different results but there is only one way to set it so I'm not sure how to use it any other way???

I wanted a red light that was adjustable and this was, however it seems like it can go off balance pretty easily if you have it allthe way up. There's some phycis involved in this in how you can position it, so there's some experimentation needed. Overall, not bad, but also light is clustered to one big area so you'll have to decide where you want it.

I just received this red-light therapy lamp, assembled it and it is not very sturdy at all. It screws together in joints and the lamp itself seems to have no reinforcement where the pole screws into it. I am worried that it may fall if anything at all bumps into it. That said, it comes with one pair of glasses for eye protection, I do not know if I am using it with the glasses is it safe for my husband to be in the room without any glasses. It shines very bright and is very easy to use, I will use it alone until I get my answers. I have no idea if the red-light therapy will benefit me or not, but I am going to try it and hope.

This free-standing light is a good height for positioning over my bed, so I can use it as part of my nightly routine and bask under it conveniently. The base is heavy enough to keep it upright, but light enough that I can lift the whole setup one-handed and shift its position. It goes together very easily and there's really not much to figure out in programming it, either--I love the auto-shutoff function, because I often fall asleep while it's still on.The light itself is really bright, and you can feel it on your skin. I don't have a light meter to check whether it's the correct wavelengths, but my skin definitely reacts as though there's an intense radiance upon it. Hopefully it's producing the spectra advertised. I do wish there were better instructions included, detailing use case scenarios and how long the light should be on, how close to it you should be, etc...
