My four year old got a minor fracture and needs to keep his wrist steady and guarded for a few weeks. This sling is adjustable enough to get it both secure and comfortable. The sling makes me feel better while he's playing that he won't thoughtlessly catch himself on the bad arm and make it worse. It also signals to him and others to be cautious with it.

Material is great (Light and Supportive) Velcro is top notch. Fit is perfect for my 7 year old. He says its super comfortable. Highly recommend this.

Much better and more comfortable than the sling given to my 5 year old at Urgent Care. More comfortable and holds his arm closer to his body with less movement.

My son is 7 and I got the XS. Still room in it for bigger kids. He broke his collarbone the flimsy one from the hospital was terrible. This one is so supportive and comfortable it’s great how it goes around the back it doesn’t cut into his neck. Keeps the arm from flopping around. Lots of adjustments in it to make it fit. Worth it.
